They took our paper-based processes and built a system that actually works the way we do. Invoicing went from 25 minutes to under 5.

Good software should fit the business — not force the business to fit the software. We build billing systems, inventory management, ordering platforms, and internal operations tools for dealerships, restaurants, rental operators, and any company that needs its software to match how it actually works.

How we work

From understanding your workflows to deploying a system your team can rely on — here's how we deliver.

01

Discovery

We learn your workflows and document every process to understand what needs to change.

02

Design

We design the system around your operations — not the other way around.

03

Build

We build in iterations, showing you working software at every stage.

04

Deploy

We deploy, train your team, and provide ongoing support.

Gunawardana Motors & Enterprises / TMR Trading Lanka

TMR Trading Lanka is a motorcycle dealership group in Sri Lanka operating multiple locations. Their daily operations spanned sales, inventory, insurance, warranty claims, and compliance reporting — all running on paper forms, whiteboards, and individual spreadsheets.

The problem: Invoicing took 20–30 minutes per bill. Customer records, inventory, and financial data were scattered across disconnected paper forms and individual Excel files. Each salesperson maintained their own records. There was no single source of truth for stock positions, outstanding payments, or customer history. Insurance quotations were handwritten. Warranty claims were filed on paper and manually tracked.

What we built: A role-based web application with a React frontend and Express API backed by MongoDB. The system covers the full dealership workflow: billing with advance-to-final-sale conversion, inventory tracking with real-time status updates, multi-line quotations with insurance metadata, warranty claim processing with auto-numbering and bilingual PDFs, and compliance reporting. Every transaction is logged with old/new values for full auditability. PDFs are dynamically generated with dealer branding.

RealTaste

RealTaste Restaurant

RealTaste is a takeout and delivery restaurant in Sri Lanka. Orders came entirely through phone calls — staff wrote tickets by hand, calculated totals manually, and had no automated way to manage delivery logistics or customer history.

The problem: Every order required a phone call. Staff wrote tickets by hand. Totals were calculated manually with frequent arithmetic errors. There was no order history, no customer records, and no way to manage delivery fees consistently. Each mistake meant lost revenue or dissatisfied customers.

What we built: A Progressive Web App with a React frontend and Express API backed by Supabase. Customers browse menu items grouped by category, with variant and addon pricing, build a persistent cart, and checkout with pickup or delivery. Delivery addresses are captured via Mapbox GL with automatic distance-based fee calculation. PayHere handles card payments alongside COD. The operator dashboard shows a real-time order queue fed by Supabase Realtime channels, revenue analytics with trend charts, and delivery configuration controls.

SriRentABike

Bike rental operators

Bike rental businesses in Sri Lanka servicing short-term and long-term customers. Rental agreements were handwritten on paper, bike availability tracked on a whiteboard, and customer records stored in physical folders. Processing a rental agreement took about 15 minutes.

The problem: Rental agreements handwritten on paper — slow, error-prone, and easy to lose. Bike availability tracked on a whiteboard with no history of past rentals. Damage reports and payment history were in physical folders that couldn't be searched. Agreement processing took 15 minutes per rental, creating queues during peak tourist season.

What we built: A mobile-first web application with React frontend and Express API backed by Supabase. The core flow: admin creates a guest link, sends it to the customer, customer fills the agreement on their device with a touch-based signature capture, admin reviews and confirms, and the system generates a branded PDF. Bike availability updates automatically with every rental. Guest access tokens provide secure, time-limited access for tourists without requiring account creation.
